Every lamp in the ‘Stranded’ collection has its own unique form. They all evolve from the same basic backbone; a parametrically designed frame that can be scaled according to taste, wishes or requirements. They can be adjusted both in contour and size, fitting with equal facility into an intimate setting or a grand atrium.
MADE CUSTOM TO ORDER THE STRANDED COLLECTION TUBE
The technique relies on new technology, with a dose of classic craftsmanship. The frame is made from laser-cut stainless steel sheets, which are then wrapped in a cable made of stainless steel strands. The cable serves both as the lamp shade and also fixates the individual parts into their final form. The resulting shape is elegant and restrained: a sphere, a bulb, a cylinder. Each stranded lamp is the very essence of simplicity, with pared-down and clean aesthetics.
